Can I receive paper bills through the mail?

Answer

Yes. We are happy to send you paper bills through Australia Post, either as a once-off or ongoing arrangement. An additional fee of $2.00 per bill will apply to cover the additional costs in providing that service. If you have requested ongoing paper billing, you can elect not to receive emailed bills.
