Answer

Sorry about that - the forms were not of our design. Its a legal requirement that we collect certain information, and our suppliers place some further conditions on us for both their and your protection, including specifying the application form to be used.

There are 3 versions of the application form. One for Mobile phone services only, one for landline services only, and one for setting up both mobile and landline services at the same time. Please make sure you have the right form.

Did you receive the guide to completing the forms? If not, please contact us at sales(at)mail.watersprite.net.au or on 1300 720 656 and we will send or email it out to you. The guide explains what is required where on the forms, and where you need to sign.

Please be assured that we keep all your information secure and private and do not disclose it to anyone except as required by law or to arrange your requested services.

Help us raise more money for community projects!

By clicking on the "aShopFor" link below, and purchasing through the huge collection of online retailers available using the links provided, those retailers pay us a contribution (the amount is listed). We are putting 100% of money raised in this way to boost money raised with our Profit Promise. You do not need to be a Water Sprite customer, or be in any other way associated with us. Feel free to pass this link on to other people (in its entirety, so the payments come back to us) to help us fundraise for rural and regional communities.
