Answer

The connection fees that apply to different services are listed on our website pages for each service.

This fee is only refundable if you cancel your order before we request our suppliers to commence the provisioning of the service. Please contact a Water Sprite customer service representative URGENTLY on 1300 720 656 if you wish to cancel your order. Some services have automatic provisioning and the setup fee cannot be refunded once your order has been placed.
