Nothing is ever truly free, and this is one of those times. The "free" phones offered by other suppliers are paid for by the monthly fees they charge you. With our plans you are not being charged for that, so we give you lower monthly fees.

If you want a phone, just look in the Water Sprite Shop (by clicking on the "Browse Online Shop" menu item to the left). If there are no phones currently listed, email or phone a customer service representative. We can secure a wide range of mobile phones - either for outright purchase, for hire, or on a hire-purchase arrangement that closely approximates what you get with plans including phones from other suppliers (with the main difference being that you know exactly what you are paying for the phone).

All in accordance with our philosophy - giving you as much choice as we can, without making you pay for features or services you don't want.
