We offer a range of plans for your household or business phone line. While our monthly cost might be more expensive than some providers (see our FAQ for why this is so), we do our best to compensate by offering better phone call rates from these services. If you make very few calls in a month, you might be better off having your phone line with the dominant provider. We'd love to help. but when they insist on wholesaling to us at a higher rate than they'll sell to you retail, there's not much we can do.
The key points with our landline plans are:
- Cheaper untimed local calls
- Cheaper fixed rate national calls regardless of distance
- Do not include phone rental (can be arranged seperately)
- No gimmicks - same great prices all day, every day
- Per second bililing for national and international calls

Standard Telstra charges for the connection or transfer of your service will apply. If you already have the phone connected and working and you wish to transfer to one of our plans, the fee is $65.00. Higher fees are charged for services that are currently disconnected or where additional lines need to be installed.
Other fees and charges:
- More than one plan change per 12 month period: $15.00 for the second and subsequent change
- Paper billing: $1.50 per month (total for all services)
